Terms of Service for Shiny Co Cleaning


1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Shiny Co Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services.


2. Services Provided

Shiny Co Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Standard Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
  • Recurring Cleaning Services
  • Scope of work is based on the service selected at the time of booking.


3. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, website, or approved platforms.
  • We provide estimated arrival windows, not exact times.
  • Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on property size, condition, and service type.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for high-quality results. If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


7. Property Condition & Safety

  • Clients must provide a safe working environment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning scope.
  • We do not handle biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, or hazardous materials. 


8. Damage & Liability

We are fully insured; however, any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

  • We are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improperly installed items
  • High-value or fragile items should be disclosed prior to service.


9. Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for providing access (key, code, or presence).
  • We are not liable for alarms triggered or delays caused by lack of access.


10. Pets

  • Pets must be secured or safely managed during service.
  • We are not responsible for pets that escape or become injured during service.


11. Recurring Services

  • Recurring clients agree to ongoing service until cancellation.
  • Pricing may be adjusted over time with notice.
  • Skipped cleanings may result in price adjustments for future visits.


12. Use of Website

By using ShinyCoCleaning.com, you agree not to:

  • Misuse booking forms
  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website 


13. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.


3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
